Emergency Alert Test

A nationwide UK Emergency Alert Test will take place on Sunday 7 September 2025 at 3pm, sounding a loud siren on all mobile phones, including those set to silent. This may pose risks for survivors of domestic abuse who rely on hidden or emergency phones. To stay safe, such devices should be switched off or put in airplane mode. Safeguarding professionals are urged to inform clients, and the public is encouraged to share this warning with anyone at risk.
